Description

Feral N°5 is our very first pét-nat rosé with fine, natural bubbles from ancestral fermentation. A delicately sparkling rosé made from wild, invasive plants: birch sap, lemon verbena, yarrow, stinging nettle, horseradish, and aronia juice.

This bottle belongs everywhere it doesn't quite belong. A botanical rosé with a delicate bubble, citrus-like notes, hints of peach and apricot, and a wild, herbaceous soul. A fine fizz that pairs with great food, but also with the unexpected: a song, a poem that feels just right, a building that somehow feels perfect.

But seriously, who decides what is in place and what is not? Our very first pét-nat rosé was born from a few "simple" questions: who made the rules about what is order and what is disorder? What is the real difference between a resilient plant and a weed?
