Description

Feral WHITE N°1 is fresh and floral with mineral, citrusy notes derived from Szechuan pepper and a finishing touch of hops. It makes us feel like we are walking through a blooming meadow in early spring, when the foraging season begins: the air is still crisp and the scent of white flowers is everywhere.

The combination of fermented organic white beet and the herbs creates a perfect balance between sweet and sour, with spring-like flavors of lychee, elderflower, white peach, and ginger. We enjoy it chilled, in a flute glass to accompany our aperitifs. A perfect alternative to kombucha.
